Is DV8 right for everyone?

DV8 welcomes everybody and every identity. Individuality is revered. However, this space is best suited for individuals who value intention, and consistency—and who are open to participating in their own transformation.

What makes DV8 Esthetics different?

DV8 Esthetics is ritual-centered and structured. Every service blends science-backed technique with intentional ritual, honoring both the biological intelligence of the skin and the state of the nervous system. We do not follow trends. We create personalized treatment pathways designed for measurable, long-term transformation.

Is DV8 Esthetics clinical or holistic?

Both. Science supports every treatment—from ingredient selection to corrective strategy. Ritual and intentional practice shape the experience. Real transformation happens when the skin and nervous system are supported together.

Is this a relaxing experience?

It is tranquil, but it is not passive. You will feel calm and restored—but you will also leave informed, guided, and equipped with structure. DV8 is not indulgence for indulgence’s sake. It is intentional care.

At DV8 Esthetics, appointment times are intentionally reserved and prepared in advance to ensure each guest receives a personalized and thoughtful experience. To honor the structure of the practice and the time dedicated to your care, the following policies apply:

Deposits

Select services require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and is applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits help protect the integrity of the schedule, support advance preparation, and ensure space is held respectfully for each guest.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

With proper notice, one reschedule will be honored without penalty. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or if more than one reschedule occurs, the deposit will be forfeited.

Missed appointments and no-shows may also result in forfeiture of deposits, fees, or future booking privileges.

Refunds

Consultation fees, completed services, deposits, and digital products are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable law.

Mobile & Off-Site Appointments

For mobile or off-site appointments, clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the appointment location and providing a safe, clean, and appropriate treatment environment.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

DV8 Esthetics reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or discontinue services if circumstances arise that compromise safety, sanitation, professionalism, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment begins with consultation and assessment. We evaluate your skin condition, current routine, lifestyle factors, and goals. Your treatment is customized in real time—no service is performed randomly. Each experience is customized to where your skin is that day.

Do you offer corrective treatments?

Yes. DV8 is ritual-led but results-driven. We address acne, hyperpigmentation, sensitivity, barrier dysfunction, and visible aging through structured treatment plans and guided home care. Transformation is built through consistency—not a single visit.

How often should I book treatments?

Frequency depends on your goals and skin condition. Corrective work often requires a structured series to create measurable improvement. Maintenance treatments are scheduled rhythmically to sustain results and support long-term skin health. Consistency creates change.

DV8 Studio is currently in the development phase, and the full suite of in-person treatments will be opening soon. At this time, we offer personalized virtual consultations and customized home-care plans, designed to begin your transformation journey. Once the DV8 suite is open, we will expand to in-person treatments, and we’ll keep you updated via email as we expand our offerings. Thank you for being part of this journey!
